Our yearly consulting contract includes monthly visits, with follow-up reports detailing observations, noted issues and continued maintenance information concerning your turf. We provide a professional review of your soil testing results, and an ICM (Integrated Cultural Management) Log for tracking maintenance procedures and weather conditions. Based on these and your schedule of events, a personalized monthly calendar is included reflecting suggested applications of soil amendments, fertilizers or other products or special maintenance procedures.

If you prefer, we can provide a 6-month turf maintenance program. This program includes an on-site visit from our turfgrass specialist, a professional review of your soil testing results, and a 6-month maintenance plan detailing suggested maintenance practices, products and application rates.

Our turfgrass specialist can also be available to you on an “as needed” basis. Whether by phone or on-site visit, we can answer your questions and help address turf issues as they emerge.
